Required Training for New Research Team Members
There is a short mandatory training course for all new researchers working with BADBIR. All new members of research teams are required to complete this before access to the database is provided. Two versions of the training are available. The full training includes sections on Data Entry and Avoiding Queries. This should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. A shortened version is available for users working on BADBIR who will not be entering data. The videos have a voiceover so it is recommended that sound is turned on for the best training experience. Please use the green 'Complete Training' button on the final page to record the date of your training.
Once BADBIR data entry is complete, the co-ordinating centre administrative team review each record to ensure it is complete. To avoid queries being raised for missing data, enter a 'Feedback' message to acknowledge each field where data has not been collected.
